Sadly, Jim Harpley died on 26th February 2010 and his funeral is on Wednesday 10th March at 10.15am, at St Faith's Crematorium.

Jim was one of the founders of the Anglian Combination, serving for 34 years, firstly as Assistant Secretary from 1964, until he took over as Secretary in October 1968 after the sudden death of Geoff Miles and then continued until he retired from the league in 1998. Jim helped to build the Anglian Combination and was always a pleasure to deal with and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
