Fourth round of the SSE Women's FA Cup for the Hornets!

WE TRAVEL North West this weekend to face WSL 1 side Liverpool Ladies in the fourth round of the SSE Women's FA Cup.

This'll be the first outing in the competition for the Golden Girls this season, as all WSL teams entered at this stage. Sunday's match kicks off at 13:00 and will be played at the Liverpool FA county ground.

Two new signings could be in contention to make their debuts for the Golden Girls, as Kat Huggins and Sydney Hinchcliffe signed on today (February 2).

There'll be a former-Hornet amongst Liverpool's ranks as Rinsola Babajide too could be in line to make a debut for her new side in this prestigious competition.

The Hornets will need to keep tabs on Bethany England, who leads the way in front of goal for the Reds.

Assistant Manager Clinton Lancaster said: "This is a fantastic game to be involved in and we're all really excited. It's the FA Cup, anything can happen!"

"We'll go there and play with no fear. Everyone is expecting Liverpool to win so all the pressure is on them. The girls have worked hard this week and we'll approach it with a different style of play, and the team will play the game of their lives to try and cause one of the biggest upsets of recent seasons."

It'll be an over-night trip for the Golden Girls, to ensure they are fresh to compete with a Liverpool side who currently sit third in the WSL 1 table. With nothing to lose, could the Hornets cause an upset?
